Presentation Guideline for Poster Session
Poster Exhibition: Please note the matters below for the poster exhibition.

1) Please set up posters during the following hours on the day of exhibition: 7:30-8:00 (Oct. 29) and 7:30-8:00 (Oct. 30).

2) Outline of the Poster Exhibition
The size of poster for the Poster Exhibition is 90 cm in width x 210 cm in height. At the upper left of each panel is the Poster Panel Number (See below for your number) in a size 20 cm x 20 cm. Please prepare a title measuring 70 cm x 20 cm in height with the title name, affiliation and the presenter’s name.

A: Poster Number (See blow for your poster number and the date of presentation)
B: Title (Title name, Affiliation and Presenter’s name)
C: Contents of Presentation

3) Time of the Poster Discussion
Presenters are kindly requested to stand by their poster in order to answer questions during the following hours:
October 29 (Friday) 17:00-18:15
October 30 (Saturday) 17:00-18:15

4) Removal of posters
Please promptly remove posters upon completion of the Poster Exhibition.
