2012年11月9日から13日にかけてアメリカ・ボストンで開催された、第63回米国肝臓学会総会(The 63rd Annual Meeting of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases)に参加し、当科の研究成果を発表しました。
　阪大消化器内科からの参加者に加えて阪大消化器内科関連病院からは、林　紀夫　名誉教授・板倉　史晃先生（関西労災病院）、三田　英治先生・坂根　貞嗣先生（国立病院機構大阪医療センター）、伊藤　敏文先生（大阪厚生年金病院）が参加されました。

　阪大消化器内科からの発表に対し、疋田　隼人（特任助教）が「Professor Margit Hamosh Travel Award」を、重川　稔（大学院生）が「Presidential Poster of Distinction」を受賞しました。これからも益々の活躍が期待されます。
  

　国際学会参加を通じて世界最先端の臨床、研究にふれ、また世界第一線で活躍する臨床家、研究者と直接コンタクトをとることもできるため、非常に良い経験を得ることができました。今回の学会で得た知見を今後の臨床・研究の場に生かしていきたいと思います。
