Masaki Mori and Yuichiro Doki), Nishizawa et al. demonstrated that\u00a0epitranscriptome\u00a0N6-methyladenosine (m<sup>6<\/sup>A)\u00a0reader, YT521-B homology YTH domain family\u00a0YTHDF1, \u00a0plays a role in the malignant behavior of colorectal cancer cells in an\u00a0oncogene transcription factor c-Myc\u00a0\u00a0dependent manner.\u00a0Given that the\u00a0m<sup>6<\/sup>A was first reported in RNA modification and is most common in the epitranscriptome issues of various RNAs, the\u00a0present study indicated that\u00a0YTHDF1\u00a0may be involved in the translation of numerous tumor related\u00a0proteins.
