The results of a sphere-forming assay revealed that the self-renewal ability of the population was significantly high. A tumorigenicity assay confirmed the tumorigenic potential. The radioresistance and chemoresistance were confirmed. These results indicate cancer stem cell-like properties and therapeutic resistance.
