Using HP SONOS 1500 & 2500

Apical Four-Chamber and Apical Long-Axis Views were obtained for AQ recording.

Pictures were recorded on disk.

LV wall was divided into six segments in each apical view.

Wall motion was scored in four-grades of a semi-quantitative scale.

Scoring System : Grade Wall Excursion Normal: > 5 mm Hypokinesis: 2 - 5 mm Akinesis: < 2 mm Dyskinesis: Negative Direction
