Stem cell-based gene therapies that induce regeneration
Based on innovative regeneration-inducing medicine, Osaka University and Stemrim Inc. are developing stem cell gene therapies to treat intractable genetic disorders. Examples of the disorders we are targeting include epidermolysis bullosa, hemophilia and metabolic disorders. Our minimally invasive approach involves ex vivo gene therapy of autologous stem cells.
