Department of Laboratory Medicine was established in 1980, as
the first department which is specialized for research and education on
clinical pathology in Japanese National Universities.
Our main interests are
- Development of new clinical tests,
- Application of the clinical tests for prediction and prevention of
diseases,
- Pathogenesis and diagnosis of Thyroid diseases.
