略歴；

　　平成4年3月　神戸学院大学薬学部生物薬学科卒業

　　平成14 年2月　理化学研究所　免疫・アレルギー科学総合研究センター　研究員

Gabファミリー分子の機能解析；アダプター分子Gab1/2/3はサイトカイン・増殖因子・抗原受容体の下流で機能し、特にMAPキナーゼの活性化に重要な役割を果たしています。私はGabファミリー分子の生体内での役割を明らかにする目的でこれら分子の遺伝子欠損マウスを作製しています。またGab1欠損マウスは胎生致死であったため現在コンデショナルターゲティングを行っています。これまでの解析の結果、Gabファミリー分子は様々な受容体の下流で機能しており、その機能は促進的であったり抑制的であったりと大変ユニークな特徴を有しています。今後はこれらGabファミリー分子の調節機構を上述した欠損マウスを利用して分子レベルで明らかにしていきたいと考えています。

幅広く世の中に受け入れてもらえるようなシグナル伝達のモデルを組み立てたいと考えている。
