The major characteristic of the germ cell lineage is its persistence across generations, and the cell differentiation and management of genetic information to achieve this are expected to be strictly regulated.
In future research, using a unique approach involving stem cell reconstruction systems, I aim to elucidate the mechanisms that ensure the persistence of the germ cell lineage and to uncover the realities of the diseases caused by its breakdown.
Furthermore, through addressing these challenges, I aspire to contribute to the cultivation of young researchers who will lead future medical research.
