Building Layout

Our laboratory is located on the 10th floor of Basic Research Building (1).
To access it, you have two options: you can enter from the entrance situated between (1) and (3) on the map below,
or you can enter through the entrance of Osaka University Hospital (8), located opposite the Monorail station.
Once inside the hospital, proceed to the 1st floor and follow the breezeway to access building (3) and (1).

From Airports

Kansai International Airport (KIX)

  • KIX ( JR) → Osaka ( Midosuji Subway Line) → Senri-Chuo ( Monorail) → Handai-Byoin-Mae (2 hrs)
  • KIX ( Nankai Line) → Namba ( Midosuji Subway Line) → Senri-Chuo ( Monorail) → Handai-Byoin-Mae (2 hrs)
  • KIX ( Airport Bus) → ITM ( Monorail) → Handai-Byoin-Mae (2.5 hrs)

Osaka International Airport (ITM, also known as Osaka Airport or Itami Airport)

  • ITM ( Monorail) → Handai-Byoin-Mae (1 hr)

From Shin-Osaka station

  • Shin-Osaka ( Midosuji Subway Line) → Senri-Chuo ( Monorail) → Handai-Byoin-Mae (0.75 hrs)
