The 35th Osaka Gut Forum (OGF) was held

The 35th Osaka Gut Forum (OGF) was held at Hotel Hankyu International on February 27, 2026. Many doctors attended the forum, and the event was a great success with lively discussions and exchanges of opinions.

In addition to general presentations on colonic diverticular hemorrhage, IBD treatment selection models, and refractory ulcerative colitis and EB viruses, the program featured a special lecture by Dr. Teruichiro Tsuchiya, Professor of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine, University of Tsukuba, on "Development of IBD treatment based on human IBD epithelial models". All of the presentations were very informative and meaningful, leading to the development of both daily practice and future research.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all the speakers and participants, as well as to all those who worked so hard to make this event possible.
The Osaka Gut Forum will continue to provide a forum for academic exchange that contributes to the development of gastroenterological practice and research.
