Support for Female Doctors

Gastroenterology involves many procedures such as endoscopy, so acquiring the skills will be a lifelong weapon. We have many cases of support for returning to work after maternity or paternity leave, as well as for utilizing the shortened working hour system, Female physicians raising children are also active on the front lines.
