Mission

 

　Our Institute was established in l99l with the aim of life science research for the benefit of mothers and children suffering from various diseases. The mission of this institute is to establish the molecular and cellular basis of diseases and to formulate novel approaches to treatment. This institute consists of four departments, Molecular Embryology, Molecular Medicine, Developmental Infectious Diseases and Environmental Medicine. Staff members are also engaged in academic activities, and the collaboration with Hospital staff promotes medical practice based on solid and up-dated evidence.
