  1. マウスES細胞で遺伝子の両アレルを迅速に破壊する方法の開発
  2. ES細胞の多能性の制御機構
  3. 体細胞からiPS細胞へのreprogrammingの機構
  4. トランスポゾンを用いた変異マウス作製法の開発
  5. ヒト疾患モデルマウスの作製と解析
最近開発した、上記1の方法(Nature Methods, 2011)を用いて、ES細胞の多能性やiPS細胞の生成過程を遺伝学的に解析しようと試みています。 過去には、Sleeping Beautyトランスポゾンをマウス個体で用いるための技術開発を行い、ヒト疾患モデルの作製にも適用してきました。
