Governance system for this research
With the hospital director in charge, the Artificial Intelligence Center for Medical Research and Application shall serve as a hub and connect the related departments. Management of the consent acquisition procedures, manuals, explanation websites, and consent forms shall be clearly identified as governance related to acquiring consent to the research. A Data Access Review Committee shall be established so that a careful examination can be conducted of the ethics, technical impact, social impact, and other matters for each proposed individual study, with the Steering Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Center for Medical Research and Application making a final check of the contents.

Data Access Review Committee
When there is an application for use of this research data, the Data Access Review Committee examines the contents together with outside members to determine whether it is consistent with the intent and scope of this research. Information will be allocated and used only when final approval of the result is obtained from the Steering Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Center for Medical Research and Application. The Data Access Review Committee shall be composed of the following persons designated by the director of the Artificial Intelligence Center for Medical Research and Application.
1. Experts in medicine and medical care, and other experts in the natural sciences
2. Experts in medical information science
3. Experts in ethics and law, and other experts in the humanities and social sciences
4. Persons who are capable of explaining opinions from a lay perspective, including the perspective of research subjects
5. Persons not affiliated with the organization where the person who established the Data Access Review Committee is employed
