Campus Asia International Symposium

The School of Medicine and Graduate School of Medicine have commenced Campus Asia Project as a new program that works with other Asian universities to nurture their students into leading researchers that tackle global health issues. Top universities from China and Korea are participating and have agreed to exchange programs for graduate students that will lead to double degrees. Research themes for the degree including aging, clinical medicine, and social medicine. In recognition, the Campus Asian International Symposium was held Feb. 15 and 16. Representatives from Peking University (China), Tsinghua University (China), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China), Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (China), and Yonsei University (South Korea) attended.
