High-resolution α-ray imaging with an alpha camera

It is very important to evaluate the distribution at the micro level for local dose estimation and prediction of side effects because α-ray have a short range.
We are conducting high-resolution α-ray imaging research in collaboration with Dr. Seiichi Yamamoto (Nagoya University), the developer of the alpha-ray imaging device (α camera).
By using this device, it is possible to quantitatively image the detailed distribution in mouse organs.
