※書類不備があった場合、出願期間内に再提出ができないと出願不受理になります。
再提出が出来ずに不受理となった場合に第２回試験に出願できるよう、遠方（特に海外在住留学生）の方は第１回試験に出願することを勧めています。
※If any required application documents are missing or incomplete, and you are unable to resubmit the corrected documents within the application period, your application will not be accepted.
To ensure that applicants who are unable to resubmit in time and whose application is therefore not accepted can still apply for the second examination, we recommend that applicants who live far away (especially international students residing overseas) apply for the first examination.

過去問題の請求方法

大阪大学医学系研究科教務課学生支援係あての封筒の表に『博士課程入学試験過去問題請求』と朱書きし、｢入試過去問題請求願(兼、誓約書)｣と返信用封筒(角形2号、送料分切手180円、受取人住所、氏名を明記したもの)を同封のうえ、大阪大学医学系研究科教務課学生支援係あて(〒565-0871大阪府吹田市山田丘2-2)に、請求してください。

Request of past examination from overseas
Please send us the following items by postal mail.
・Request Form, please write your complete full address, including postal code, name of the building,
　room number.
・International Reply Coupon (See below for required fees.)

※Surplus fee will be returned by Japanese stamps.

※過去問題の配付は、前年度及び前々年度に実施した第1回入学試験問題を配付します。
※Examination, held in Autumn last year & two years ago will be provided.
