※上記期限までに入学手続きを完了しなかった場合は入学を辞退したものと扱い、いかなる場合であっても入学できません。
※If you do not keep to the deadline, you are regarded as a declining person and your admission permission becomes invalid.

授業料の納入方法について　How to pay tuition fees

Web登録期間:令和8年4月1日(水)～4月19日(日)
The registration period: April 1 ～ April 19, 2026.

・学部から大学院、または博士前期課程から博士後期課程へ進学される方で、すでに授業料振替口座を登録されている方は、新たにWEB登録をしていただく必要はございません。
・Current students (under graduate/master) enter to master/doctor course who have already registered the bank account for tuition payments will not need to register a new account (using the Tuition Payment Account Registration System). Tuition fees will be automatically withdrawn from the currently registered account.

授業料・授業料免除・奨学金等について　Financial Aid

申請希望者は必ず、大阪大学ホームページ内「授業料・授業料免除・奨学金等」から申請方法・期間等の最新情報を確認してください。
Students who would like to apply for tuition fees exemption / scholarships must check University’s Website and confirm the updated information.

各種保険について　Various Insurance

学生教育研究災害傷害保険(学研災)/Accident Insurance

大阪大学の学生は全員加入することとしていますので、各自で必ず加入手続きを行ってください。
なお、医学系研究科への加入報告は不要です。
All the students at Osaka University are required to participate in this insurance plan.
You must pay your insurance premium at the post office / Japan Post Bank.
Submission of any documents to Osaka University are not required.

病原体等使用実験に従事する学生に対する保険について(ご案内) (Japanese Language only)　

上記の学研災では、感染予防費用については補償の対象外となります。医学系研究科では、病原体等使用実験に従事する学生に、自己責任として感染予防費用を補償する保険に加入することを推奨しています。

麻しんの予防に関する注意喚起　Alert regarding measles vaccinations

証明書類の発行　Issuing of Certificates

在学証明書等の発行は、学生証を使用して学内に設置されている証明書自動発行機で発行することができます。
Some of certificates can be issued from the automatic certificate issuing machine with your student ID card.

入学許可証について(留学生向け)　　Enrollment Authorization

外国人留学生でビザの更新手続き等のために『入学許可書』が必要な場合は、入学手続き完了後に、「証明書交付願」を電子メールに添付して、学生支援係（i-kyomu-gakuseishien@office.osaka-u.ac.jp）宛て送信してください。なお、発行した入学許可書は所属教室を通じてお渡しします。
If you need a letter of “Enrollment Authorization” for a visa application, you must submit your enrollment documents first, then submit “Request for Certification”, attached to an E-mail※ and send to GAKUSEISHIEN-KAKARI (i-kyomu-gakuseishien@office.osaka-u.ac.jp).　　All the students at Osaka University are required to participate in this insurance plan.

　【申請メールの形式】 [Format of Email]

  • 電子メールのタイトルは「入学許可書発行申請」としてください。
    Subject : [Request] Enrollment Authorization
  • 本文に「受験番号」「氏名」「入学手続き書類提出（発送）日」を明記してください。
    Body : Your [Examinee’s ID], [Name] and [the Date you sent Enrollment documents] must be contained.

留学生健康関連情報提供書について　Osaka University Student Health Data Form

新規に渡日する留学生のみ対象。

入学辞退について　Declination of Admission Offer

入学を辞退する場合は入学辞退届を令和8年2月27日(金)【必着】までに日本国内からは「簡易書留」、日本国外からは「国際クーリエサービス（2026年2月27日必着）」で下記提出先まで送付してください。
In case you decline the admission offer, please send※ a notice of your refusal by the form enclosed.
Deadline: Friday, 27 February 2026 without fail.
※Registered mail by Japan Post or International Courier Services must be used.
