研究発表会および研究セミナーへの出席義務化について

平成14年度から、研究発表会および研究セミナーへの出席が義務化されました（通知： 研究発表会及び研究セミナー出席義務化について）。大学院学生が自分以外の研究に対しても目を向け周辺領域に対しても広い知識を得るきっかけを作るとともに、当大学院内で行われている研究についての理解を深めること、及び学生が研究発表、質疑応答に関する技術を学ぶ機会を作ることを目的としています。

出席の証明について

出席ごとに「研究発表会出席票兼発表内容要旨」または「研究セミナー出席票兼発表内容要旨」に発表内容要旨を記入し、出席の証明とします。

出席票兼発表内容要旨について

研究発表会またはセミナーに各「出席票兼発表内容要旨」を持参し、「司会者確認印」欄または「セミナー開催者出席確認印」欄に印またはサインをもらってください。

令和2年度より、コロナ感染対策によるオンライン開催が主流となったため、「司会者確認印」欄または「セミナー開催者出席確認印」欄への印またはサインは、学生所属の指導教授で良いものとなりました。セミナーによっては、指導教授では不可となる場合がありますので、必ず、セミナー開催者に確認をお願いいたします。

その後、必要事項記入のうえ、指導教授に提出し「指導教員印」をもらうことで完成します。
※要旨はワープロまたは手書きのものとします。（別紙にワープロ書きしたものを所定用紙の枠内に貼付しても構いません。）

司会者・またはセミナー開催者の押印について

研究発表会：発表者1名に対して1枚です。
研究セミナー：発表者1名に対して1枚とするか、1つのセミナーに対して1枚とするかは開催者の判断に任せています。

※研究セミナーについて
　どのセミナーが「研究セミナー」となるかの判断は指導教授にあります。
　学外のセミナーでも、セミナー開催者へ自身で説明のうえ「セミナー開催者出席確認印」をもらうことができ、
　指導教授が認める場合は「研究セミナー」となります。

研究発表会の定義

本学医学系研究科(保健学を除く)で開催される学位申請のための研究発表会。
連携大学院に所属している方、学外機関に派遣されている方も必ず出席してください。1日に複数人の発表があるので、学外で研究していても8人の発表に出席するのは可能と考えております。

※ 研究発表会は、通常、月2回(第2水曜日、第4木曜日)行われます。

研究セミナーの定義

教室、研究室等が公開を目的として企画したもので、企画者の出席印及び自分の指導教員の承認印を得ることが出来るもの。学内外で開催されたものを問わない。
連携大学院に所属している方、学外機関に派遣されている方も必ず出席してください。
冒頭の目的に沿っていれば、学外のセミナーも対象となります。

研究発表会出席票兼発表内容要旨記入上の注意事項

1. この用紙は博士論文ごと(発表者ごと)に作成してください。
2. 司会者確認印は発表会当日にもらってください。
3. 指導教員印は発表内容要旨を記入後、あなたが所属する教室の教授からもらってください。
4. 発表内容要旨はワープロまたは手書きのものとします。（別紙にワープロ書きしたものを所定用紙の枠内に貼付しても構いません。）

研究セミナー出席票兼発表内容要旨記入上の注意事項

1. この用紙は研究セミナーごとに作成してください。
2. セミナー開催者確認印は研究セミナー開催日に責任者の印をもらってください。
3. 指導教員印は発表内容要旨を記入後、あなたが所属する教室の教授からもらってください。
4. 発表内容要旨はワープロまたは手書きのものとします。（別紙にワープロ書きしたものを所定用紙の枠内に貼付しても構いません。）

Mandatory attendance at Ph.D Thesis Presentations and Research Seminars

From FY2002, attendance at Ph.D Thesis Presentations and Research Seminars has become compulsory.
(Notice: Mandatory attendance at Ph.D Thesis Presentation and Research Seminar)
The purpose is to create an opportunity to learn techniques related to questions and answers.
To create an opportunity for graduate students to look at research other than their own and gain broad knowledge about surrounding areas, to deepen their understanding of the research being conducted at our school, and for students to present their research.

Proof of attendance

For each attendance, write the abstract of the presentation in the “Attendance Sheet and Summary” of Ph.D Thesis Presentation or Research Seminar as proof of attendance.

Attendance Sheet and Summary

Bring each the “Attendance Sheet and Summary” of Thesis Presentation or Research Seminar, and get a mark or signature in the “Stamp or Signature of the host” column.

Since online holding by COVID-19 infection countermeasures has become the mainstream from the 2nd year of Reiwa, the mark or signature in the “Stamp or Signature of the host” column is good for your supervisor.
Some of Research Seminars may not be accepted for your supervisor.

After that, fill in the required items, submit it to your supervisor, and get “your supervisor’s seal or signature” to complete it.
* The abstract should be a word processor or handwritten. (You may paste the word processor written on a separate sheet within the frame of the specified sheet.)

About the seal/signature of the moderator or the organizer of the seminar

Research presentation: One for each presenter.
Research Seminar: It is up to the organizer to decide whether to use one for each presenter or one for each seminar.

* About Research Seminars

It is up to your supervisor to decide which seminar will be “Research Seminar”.
Even at off-campus seminars, you can get a “seminar organizer attendance confirmation stamp/signature” after explaining to the seminar organizer yourself, and if your supervisor approves, it will be a “Research Seminar”.

Definition of Ph.D Thesis Presentation

It is Ph.D Thesis Presentations for diploma application held at the Graduate School of Medicine (excluding Health Sciences).

Those who belong to the affiliated graduate school and those who are dispatched to an off-campus institution must also attend.
Since there are multiple presentations a day, we think it is possible to attend eight presentations even if you are studying outside the university.

* Ph.D Thesis Presentations are usually held twice a month (generally 2nd Wednesday and 4th Thursday).

Definition of Research Seminar

It was planned by a laboratory, etc. for the purpose of being open to the public, and it is possible to obtain the attendance stamp/signature of the planner and the approval stamp/signature of your supervisor.
It does not matter whether it was held inside or outside the university.
Those who belong to the affiliated graduate school and those who are dispatched to an off-campus institution must also attend.
Off-campus seminars are also eligible if your supervisor will approve it.

Precautions for filling in “Attendance Sheet and Summary” of Thesis Presentation

1. Please prepare this form for each doctoral dissertation (for each presenter).
2. Please get the moderator confirmation stamp/signature on the day of the presentation.
3. Please get the supervisor’s seal/signature from your supervisor after filling in the abstract of the presentation.
4. 4. The abstract of the presentation should be a word processor or handwritten. (You may paste the word processor written on a separate sheet within the frame of the specified sheet.)

Precautions for filling in “Attendance Sheet and Summary” of Research Seminar

1. Please prepare this form for each research seminar.
2. For the confirmation stamp/signature of the seminar organizer, please get the stamp/signature of the person in charge on the day of the research seminar.
3. Please get your supervisor’s seal/signature after filling in the abstract of the presentation.
4. The abstract of the presentation should be a word processor or handwritten. (You may paste the word processor written on a separate sheet within the frame of the specified sheet.)
