機器セミナーレポートの提出方法等

提出期限・提出先：2025年5月8日（木）17時までに教務課教務係に提出。
注意事項：ワープロで作成のこと。レポートの様式は下記URLからダウンロードしてください。

• 2015年度以降入学者において、単位修得には全コマの出席と4コマ分のレポート提出が必要です。
• 2014年度以前入学者において、単位修得には5回以上の出席が必要です。レポート提出は不要です。
  （出席は各日、それぞれ１回となります。）
• 4月18日(金)のデモンストレーションは出席、レポート提出の対象外です。

How to submit Orientation for Instrument report, etc.

Deadline for submission: by 17:00 on May 8, 2025 (Thursday)
Submit to : Educational Affairs Section
Note: Reports should be created using a PC.

機器セミナーレポート（博士・修士共通）(Report for Orientation for Instrument)

• For students enrolled after FY2015, attendance of all classes and submission of reports for 4 clasess are required to obtain credits.
• For students enrolled before FY2014, attendance at least 5 times is required to obtain credits. Report submission is not required.(Attendance will be taken once per day.)
• The demonstration on April 18th (Friday) will not be factored into attendance or report submission requirements.
